Staff's response to issues was disappointing. The cleanliness of common areas left much to be desired.

Its location is ideal, really close to Police Station, the 220 outlet and Council Bluffs.

The staff quickly switched my room after I found it unsatisfactory, demonstrating good service. The indoor pool area was clean , and I appreciated the ample parking spaces available. I noticed the breakfast layout was well-organized and offered a variety of options.

The rooms were well-appointed and brand-new, had safe for safety. Location: the hotel was right by the police station and restaurant. I found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like Mark's Smok'n Bbq that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

Recommend it for groups with needs

As soon as we got there, the staff was super friendly, even let us check in early when I thought we'd be stuck for hours. The breakfast area had all these great options but what stood out was the waffle iron, just made my day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but hey, it was still acceptable.

This place suits me perfectly. They offer wi-fi, free parking, and an indoor swimming pool. The staff helped me with a great local taxi tip on my first stay. I'll be back for a holiday!

I was welcomed by a good aroma. The clean, warm pool was a family favorite, where we often had it all to ourselves. Plus, the extended breakfast hours from 6 AM to 10 AM meant we could sleep in and still grab a delicious bite before heading out!

A Simple Stay with Some Comforts

The enclosed beds kept our kids comfortable, and the clean space gave us peace of mind. Breakfast options were plentiful, but we suggest arriving early to avoid the rush.

This place was just a perfect match for a brief retreat in Council Bluffs with all in all great value for money. The breakfast area was a disaster at 8:45 AM, but it was manageable. Arrive early for breakfast to avoid disappointment.

A surprising poolside experience

The kids loved the pool area with fun moments and laughter after our long drives. The staff also.

Had a blast with my friends ! The pool was a highlight for us, and we enjoyed the game room too. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options to fuel us for the day. Just a heads up, the hallways can get a bit warm, so dress accordingly.

The hotel was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the pet-friendly policy, especially since my husband has a registered emotional support animal. Breakfast was great too, available until 10 am, which let us sleep in. Plus, the location was perfect, right next to fast food options and just a couple blocks from the interstate.

The King Room was clean, and I appreciated the tidy bathroom. The bed was comfy, and I had a decent amount of space. I was on the second floor, but they helped me switch to the first floor with all my luggage. Liked the pool area, even though I didn't use it. The breakfast spread looked awesome, too, with waffles and yogurt. Definitely met my needs for a good night's rest.
